Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I thought I needed an oil change and it just turned out my sensor just needed reset. The team there were helpful with that and didn't try to sell me on oil change just to make a buck. Ended up getting new windshield wipers for I sorely needed them. Fantastic customer service!

They are always so friendly, never pushy, very thorough with all the checks. I like that they check all my lights, ask about wipers and filters and tires (air or rotation). Got there 10 mins before opening to ensure I was first. I waited an additional 10 mins after the employees arrived right at 8 and they never came out to help me. They would rather socialize in their office than provide customer service so I called Firestone next door and they are getting me taken care of now.
