Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I thought I needed an oil change and it just turned out my sensor just needed reset. The team there were helpful with that and didn't try to sell me on oil change just to make a buck. Ended up getting new windshield wipers for I sorely needed them. Fantastic customer service!

Stopped here on my lunch hour and had an oil change and tire rotation. Total time spent there was maybe 30 min with 15 or so of that working on my car. This place is more expensive than a traditional shop but I’m only talking $30-40 more (off the cuff). To me it is worth how quick it is vs abandoning your car over at Bell Tire for a whole afternoon LOL. You can bet each car in line takes 15/20 min. They always have coupons floating around be sure to use one. They accepted my coupon no drama. Did a nice job on my tire rotation and oil change. They did forget to reset the oil light. I came in for a basic oil change and was pleasantly greeted and treated the entire time by Michael. He made sure to tell me everything they were doing and everything they checked on my car, and even filled up my windshield wiper fluid for free when I asked! He also went above and beyond to help repair my skid plate that was put on incorrectly when I last got my car serviced at a dealership. He made me feel very confident and comfortable with the service I was getting. Offered extra services as well but didn’t push me to get them done which I also appreciate. This visit was a 10/10. Nice work!

They are always so friendly, never pushy, very thorough with all the checks. I like that they check all my lights, ask about wipers and filters and tires (air or rotation). I rarely purchase the 'extras' but I like that they ask. I also like that they have a record of all my past purchases to help me remember what I received last time. I really like coming here because I know what to expect, it's the same each time, and the wait has always been very reasonable.

Got there 10 mins before opening to ensure I was first. I waited an additional 10 mins after the employees arrived right at 8 and they never came out to help me. They would rather socialize in their office than provide customer service so I called Firestone next door and they are getting me taken care of now. I'm paying a little more but at least Firestone has better customer service. I won't be back.
