Very happy with Milex. Brian and Amy are great people to deal with at the front desk. Mechanics are fast and efficient, prices are fair and reasonable. Scope of work is detailed and explained thoroughly, with pictures or videos taken of issue areas. I have a trust with them that they have built over the last three years, lots of things in the world to worry about these days but being taken advantage of by a repair shop is not one of them i have to worry about. thanks Milex.

Paid for a diagnostic but got no clear answers, just “maybe this, maybe that” and then they want another $300 to maybe find out more. Feels like they just keep upselling and you never get a real answer. I emailed corporate multiple times with no response, and in person it was the same thing. They just try to milk you for more money.

Brought my car here to be diagnosed. Was told it was a solenoid valve and needed to replace the entire intake manifold for over $1000. I decided to get a second opinion & I’m so happy I did. The other shop found it was just the MAF sensor and not what Milex told me at all!

Milex Complete Auto Care is awesome and provides excellent and friendly customer service, reasonable prices, and quick service. They also give you fast and reliable updates on things going on with your car, suggestions on things that can be fixed, detailed analysis reports, and texts checking up on you to see if everything is going alright with your car. Nothing but outstanding service and experiences with these guys- I would recommend them over a dealership anyday.

I would recommend Milex to friends and family because they are honest. I had my rear drum brakes replaced here and felt something was off after driving for awhile. Had a second opinion done ,and turns out the drums were warped. No fault of milex they probably came like that from the manufacturer. So I brought my car back in and explained the situation and they put new drums on that day. Very impressed with their service and how Amy the owner and manager was very helpful and caring.
