Paid for a diagnostic but got no clear answers, just “maybe this, maybe that” and then they want another $300 to maybe find out more. Feels like they just keep upselling and you never get a real answer. I emailed corporate multiple times with no response, and in person it was the same thing. They just try to milk you for more money.

Brought my car here to be diagnosed. Was told it was a solenoid valve and needed to replace the entire intake manifold for over $1000. I decided to get a second opinion & I’m so happy I did. The other shop found it was just the MAF sensor and not what Milex told me at all!

I would recommend Milex to friends and family because they are honest. I had my rear drum brakes replaced here and felt something was off after driving for awhile. Had a second opinion done ,and turns out the drums were warped. No fault of milex they probably came like that from the manufacturer.
