Aire Serv of Greenwood

Great experience!! Tech showed up as scheduled was very professional not only in his appearance but also with all services performed at the house. I will call these guys again without question. In today’s world you don’t often get this type of experience. A++++ Thank you!!!

Brian did an excellent job on our bi-yearly HVAC maintenance. He was professional, thorough, and ensured our system will continue to run efficiently. He was personable and kind, and even bonded with our dog! The team did a great job at over communicating with me. I highly recommend Aire Serv of Greenwood for reliable HVAC care.

Excellent customer service! James arrived on time, and went out of his way to ensure my dryer vent was cleared. He showed me the before and after pictures as verification. Prior to leaving, he completely cleaned up, to include vacuuming the back yard, to remove all lint debris. Additionally, price was very competitive compared to online estimate of what cost should be. I will definitely be using Aire Serve of Greenwood again!

I called about my AC going out Saturday morning and the owner, Brian, came out Monday evening. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and HONEST. He was able to fix my air and educate me on some preventative measures. 10/10 recommend!

Seth and James did a great job. They notified me when they were in their way and arrive about 15 minutes later. When they arrived they explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were efficient and finished way sooner than their original estimate. The cleaned up everything when they were done, explained the incident, offered more services and were on their way. I’d recommend them and Aireserv
