Jiffy Lube

I have a company vehicle and often dread service appointments. However, the manager and team at Jiffy Lube were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, handled everything efficiently, and even accommodated my personal preferences, going beyond standard company procedures.

Changed my own oil for last 20 years or so. Finally got in a company truck so I wasn’t paying for the service. These guys are always super friendly. A little pricy for an oil change but worth paying for with how convenient it is. The staff were extremely helpful and thorough. They were friendly and ensured my lights, tires, and signals were all working properly. They also helped reset the maintenance light and asked if I needed anything else. Associate was not able to explain anything and stared blankly at me when I asked questions. No one went over the checks with me and I was watching the entire 10 minutes. They did not check my lights or top off other fluids. Was visiting the area we needed an oil change. They got me in quickly, were courteous and knowledgeable. The technician noticed some debris and identified a failing serpentine belt. They quoted a fair price to repair and quickly fixed it. This was especially helpful as we were visiting from out of state and had a long drive to get home. Very pleased with these guys all in all.
